About this program

Fit by Numbers is designed to be simple and concise to avoid information overload. Every day you will write down how many calories you've consumed and how many you've burned, this is a program requirement and very important.

Initial numbers

We'll calculate your body fat percentage first and then find out your basal metabolic rate which is how many calories your body burns to keep you alive (e.g. pump heart, digest food, move muscles etc...)

What tools do I need

Just two things, firstly a calorie counting app like FatSecret (100% free) and a place to write things down that's really quick to get to on your phone like Google Docs (here is a free template).
